Cramer's business plan is to lie to investors - he sleeps better at night when he sees comments like yours. He actually knows the true winners, but he fools people like you with false information.

You're lucky you figured him out with just one stock purchase. Some investors buy dozens of stocks before they figure out they have been bamboozled. It's amazing that he is so popular!

Jim Cramers actual place is somewhere between Thierry's hilarious post and the callers who, without fail, lavish him with praise ad nauseum, as if he is infallable. He is a good showman and only slightly above average stock picker.

I think I read somewhere that the accuracy of Cramer's directional calls was about 52%, which is what you would expect from a chimpanzee.

He is very entertaining, which is important. If he was any more accurate, he would be copied in a way that would negate any advantage you could have by following his calls.
