Nice post of the consequence of Constantine's bible. Concrete, do you know what it means to walk with feet of iron and clay? Hint, ain't no cure for the Larry Summer Time Blues. http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=DAN%202:%2033;&version=50; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMYZBVbifh8

Been saying this for years. My message comes more in the form of "there's not much difference between us and the slaves of colonial America. Minus the flagellation and rape we forfeit a third or half of our labor so we can receive protection, healthcare, housing, food, and a host of other ill goods and inferior services while the elites skim off the top and vote themselves pay raises at will."

I also have mentioned the following excerpt from the article, on these boards in fact, but in other words of course:

The United Dtates has allowed its manufacturing to decay over the last 30 years. In a major war, we lack thje industrial capacity to sustain the kind of production of war material needed to prevail in a prolonged conflict. With our economy on the brink of default, our next war will likely be our last.

Anyone familiar with communist China and the automobile industry can tell you that the Chinese government mandates that a Chinese company have a 50% ownership stake in any business operation inside Chinese boarders.

For example, Ford, General Motors, and Volkswagen are the three largest auto manufacturers in China. The factories making cars sold to the Chinese have Chinese "partners" that own the facilities and control labor force. The foreign manufacturers simply provide the specs and blueprints. Not only are these companies at great risk for theft of intellectual property since we are all well aware of China's lack of laws regarding knocking off merchandise, but what do you think these factories will be cranking out should China be at war with anyone?

Hint: It isn't going to be Volkswagen Jettas and Buick Centuries. You'll see the same factories your tax dollars went to stablize be turned against you while manufacturing military vehicles in the next great war.

Oh what we won't do for a profit and access to a market.
