probably a little of both. private equity can run some companies better, longer term view. however, some they can flip just for cash and pile on debt. i think its in the structure of the ipo, but i could be wrong. not sure there has been a price but i am sure it will be huge and open 50% over the price. i emailed citigroup to have them send me the prospectus once its completed.
