From the article: "The Cybersecurity Act of 2009 introduced in the Senate would allow the president to shut down private Internet networks. The legislation also calls for the government to have the authority to demand security data from private networks without regard to any provision of law, regulation, rule or policy restricting such access."

In a pirate public partner ship ...uh, whoops, private public partnership, it's always an economic issue first. It's called theft, not thrift. In the case of the New World Order Chump... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIPfqON1-L4 President, ...precedent is established.

...you see, the Promis Program http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hlhttYTOICY&feature=PlayList&p=47BA38C238BC2B82&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=27 in the Cookies acts as a lance and links up the New World Order counterintelligence inside net evolution, insuring the loss of principle will remain secret in the public eye and the real crime remains with a bunch of monkeys. This precedent is explained comprehensively in the case of ''Hoo Done It'' at a Fire Wal Mart Sale near you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hodox87bB1s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYtFuXM28fY&feature=related

...it's always an economic issue at the core. ...those fascist buggers want total information awareness, not to secure the U.S. Constitution but ... in order to keep the NWO pirate ship a float on illiquid assets used to squelch liberty, freedom and justice in the name of Mr Ponzi.
