Range Resources To Relocate Headquarters

April 27, 2007 (FinancialWire) Range Resources Corp. (NYSE: RRC) is moving its Fort Worth, Texas headquarters to a new downtown location. The company will occupy five floors at the newly renovated Two City Place, formerly known as the Tandy Towers.

The move is in line with the company's growth over the past five years and expansion of its North Texas Barnett shale play. According to the company's president and chief executive officer, John Pinkerton, Range Resources has outgrown its existing office space and the move will allow all employees, who are currently working in separate locations, to work in the same space.

Range Resources is an independent oil and gas company operating in the southwestern, Appalachian, and gulf coast regions of the United States.
