What do you think about these companies for the long-term?

NOK seems strong. I think that GE may bounce back in a few months.

CHK since President Obama will be looking into natural gas in Alaska with his proposed energy reform. I'm think CHK for about $17. I have a buy limit order set it at 100 shares for $17.00. Advisable?

I've also got a GE order set at buy limit of $9, 200 shares.

Are these good moves?

I think GE is good for long term. It will probably recover when the economy get better.

My view after quick look into.

CHK looks good to me. With oil price being low, i see some upward potential here (especially when recovery starts). The firm is undervalued and current estimates give some good potential. This one could be a buy.

Then NOK. I am less confident about this one. Nok is of course a very good company and one of the best (I would say the best) company in this industry. This gave them a strong market position (something i actually like). But I think the company is not that undervalued. I would give a HOLD recommendation for this one.

GE. I already wrote earlier about this one on this forum. I said that GE's financial division (GE Capital) is too risky. There have already been some bad announcements about this. One positive thing is the large cash amount of GE. This should make the firm better able to sustain the crisis. No hasty decisions are needed like selling of parts for very low prices (destruction of value).
However, I would be careful with GE.
