Among the few sectors to move higher on Wednesday were financials, as such the ProShares Ultra Financials ETF advanced by more than 10%. Also moving higher were Bond ETFs such as the iShares Barclay 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF which advanced by more than 2%.
